1. Booking & Payment

To confirm any booking, a non-refundable advance payment is required. This advance secures your reservation and allows us to begin necessary arrangements.

The remaining balance must be paid in full within the time specified at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, without prior notice.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or official message) within the period stated in our cancellation policy.

  • Depending on the notice period and specific package terms, a partial refund may be granted.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made at the last minute, or in case of no-shows on the day of travel.

  • In some cases, administrative fees or third-party charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
